Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, execution, and sales of various events. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and ensure that their events exceed expectations.

Job: On site
Location:Riverside, CA 
Pay Range: $950- $1150 per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for events.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications and expectations throughout the event planning process.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure all event components are aligned and executed smoothly.
  • Create and maintain detailed event timelines, budgets, and contracts to ensure successful project management.
  • Conduct site visits and event previews to assess venue suitability and logistics requirements.
  • Manage event marketing efforts, including social media promotions, to attract potential clients and attendees.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
