What you'll do...
- Direct compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure consistent human resource practices.
- Develop and implement human resource strategies aligned with business goals and organizational change initiatives.
- Oversee talent management processes including workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
- Lead human resources project management, ensuring alignment, budget adherence, and effective communication.
- Provide guidance and consulting to management on human resources issues and regulatory compliance.
- Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Analyze operational processes and implement action plans to enhance performance and reduce noncompliance.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
