Manager Laboratory chez St. Cloud Hospital

As the Clinical Laboratory Manager, you will lead and oversee laboratory operations across multiple healthcare sites including Willmar, Redwood Falls, and Benson. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality laboratory services, regulatory compliance, staff development, and operational efficiency across all assigned locations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of clinical laboratory practices.

SCHEDULE:

• Full time | 80 hours per pay period every two weeks
• Monday - Friday | 8:00am- 4:30pm

PAY & BENEFITS:

• Starting pay begins at $90,735.89 per year and increases with experience
• Salary range:  $90,735.89-$136,125.75 per year

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree in Medical Technology (MT) OR
• Clinical/ Medical Laboratory Science (CLS/MLS) with MLS (American Society for Clinical Pathology – ASCP) certification
• MT/MLS ASCP-BOC certified within 6 months with first exam completed within 3 months of hire, with certification verified within six weeks of exam
• A valid Minnesota driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage
• 5 years experience as a medical laboratory scientist, with 2 years of management/leadership experience preferred.
