About the Role: 

We are looking for a product manager to join our 2026 summer internship program. This product manager will support one of our Digital Product Creation products. Think: the digital design and produce lifecycle development of our products, or how we take an idea of a product and make it a reality. You have some experience in building or delivering a product or technical solution in the past and any experience in retail & apparel, and internal go to market or supply chain processes. 
 

About the Job: 

  • Manage a product backlog – prioritize new ideas, enhancement requests from users, competitive analysis, and engagement data for your product. 

  • Partner with engineering and product design to build a product that delights our users – understanding that there are always tradeoffs between technology, look and feel, and speed to market in these product decisions to deliver the most value for our users and business 

  • Document epics, breaking them down into user stories that can be delivered in small, iterative pieces 

  • Keep a pulse on the industry. Conduct competitive analysis, evaluate other retailers, and stay informed on the industry and evolving technologies in this space. 

  • Participate in user research to understand our diverse user groups needs, and deliver the best solution to meet those needs 

  • Be data informed and comfortable leading with your recommendations. Use experimentation to take data, define a hypothesis, and run a test and receive data learn what is working best for our users. 

  • Support product releases through close partnerships with business and operations teams, understanding ways of working and communicate changes to our users 

  • Manage in user acceptance testing of functional and user facing requirements. 

  • Develop an understanding of LS&Co. Go-to-market processes and learn about the complex ecosystem supporting those processes 
     

About You: 

  • High school diploma or GED 

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, associate program  

  • Expected Graduation date Spring 2027 

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada (based on role location) and provide proof of work authorization 

  • Experience with apparel industry and product knowledge

  • Salary: $30/Hour for undergraduate and associate  

  • Relocation: Travel and housing assistance will be provided if you need to relocate for the summer
