Qualifications
Are you looking to grow your career? First National Bank of Oklahoma, a growth-oriented community bank, is hiring a full-time Senior Lender for our Tulsa office. The Senior Lender will be responsible for originating and servicing commercial loans, sourcing core deposits, and will have the opportunity to learn the USDA guaranteed lending business from our experienced team. This role will be best suited to an entrepreneurial, self-motivated, team-oriented individual with strict attention to detail and a go-getter attitude.
Candidates are encouraged to apply if they have completed 5+ years of bank work in a loan origination capacity.
Candidate must possess strong sales skills, presentation abilities, and a problem-solving mindset. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks at a fast pace to meet deadlines. College degree in business discipline preferred.
