We’re now hiring a Day Program Manager for our Day Program! In this role, you’ll ensure services run smoothly, support staff, and help our Individuals thrive. You’ll collaborate with Program Coordinators, lead a team of Direct Support Professionals and Assistant Managers, and keep everything running efficiently. The typical schedule for this is Monday - Friday between 8A-5P, though start and end times are subject to change based on needs.

Education and/or experience:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university, with at least one year of experience in working with individuals with disabilities or at least four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
