Job Summary – 

The Group Experience Consultant  is responsible for providing exceptional service to designated Group Leaders, Members and Agents by conducting research, responding to service inquiries and ensuring a smooth welcome to Blue experience. The Group Experience Consultant  conducts research on matters related to enrollment, billing, benefits, claims, pharmacy, etc. The Group Experience Consultant  communicates the “Value of Blue” in every interaction with the customer, resolving inquiries timely and proactively and providing education to promote products and services to benefit Groups and their members.

Job-Specific Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Must have a minimum of one year experience in Account Management or in BCBSMS Customer Service.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure a professional company image is projected at all times.
• Must have proficient computer skills and be able to successfully complete existing training program.
• Excellent listening skills in order to ensure understanding of the customer’s needs.
