Qualifications:

Required:

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• At least 2 years of relevant leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and moving items for extended periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to relocate upon program completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in a production/operations leadership role.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO standards.
• Financial literacy and experience using metrics to drive decisions.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance.

   

   

  The estimated salary for this position ranges from $64,321.33 to $80,401.67 yearly. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Geographic differentials may also apply depending on the position’s location. There is no application deadline for this role; recruitment will remain open until the position is filled.
