We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Project Management to lead the planning, management, and execution of new product innovation, renovation, and line extension projects across Palermo’s. You’ll partner with stakeholders across R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure successful commercialization and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do…

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Manage timelines from concept to launch, ensuring clear communication of responsibilities and key milestones.
• Quantify risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues to ensure project success.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and facilitate effective project meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining project execution frameworks and methodologies.
• Deliver value through speed-to-market, manufacturing efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.
• Manage all project documentation in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Coach, guide, and develop team members to strengthen Palermo’s project management capabilities.
• Present project status reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress and recommendations.

What You Bring…

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in the CPG industry.
• Strong understanding of the stage-gate process and commercialization workflows.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software; Oracle Fusion experience a plus.
• Project management certification(s) required (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
• Food manufacturing or packaging experience preferred.
