- Lead and manage initiatives that showcase the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform, driving innovation through pre-sales, prototypes, and internal lab development, working with ServiceNow to launch offerings, and support documentation for launching of internal offerings.
- Collaborate with technical architects and leadership to design and deliver compelling demos, prototypes, and proposal content that align with customer missions and iTech AG’s strategic objectives. Create compelling PowerPoints and recordings of key demos, features, and benefits.
- Coordinate activities across multiple ServiceNow-focused projects, ensuring alignment with iTech AG’s innovation and growth goals while delivering value to federal customers.
- Act as a key advisor in presales and program activities, understanding customer needs, developing solutions, and articulating the value of ServiceNow in modernizing IT and business processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including technical architects, developers, and capture teams, to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Support proposal development, writing, and presales customer meetings. Coordinate meetings, and action items, and track trends, capabilities, and best practices to inform strategy and solution development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years focused on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow project and program management, ideally including presales, prototypes, and demo activities.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and IT modernization principles.
- Excellent written and communications skills.
- Experience in crafting proposal content and contributing to business development efforts.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- PMP required
- ServiceNow certifications preferred
- Active Public Trust or the ability to obtain a Public Trust.
