About the Role

The Specialist, Case Management serves as a key link between case managers and production teams, ensuring that client requirements are accurately communicated and executed. You’ll help manage case documentation, review deliverables, and support quality assurance to maintain client satisfaction. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between case managers and production teams to ensure accurate communication of client requirements.
  • Assist with case setup, standing orders, and documentation.
  • Review case transcripts and deliverables for quality and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with scheduling, production, and billing teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Communicate updates and issues to case managers for resolution.
  • Support dispute resolution related to deliverables and billing by gathering necessary details.
  • Assist with invoice review and accuracy under guidance of case managers.
  • Provide logistical support for remote deposition testing and hosting.
  • Produce final transcripts and exhibits.
  • Track case progress and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

  • Education: College degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in legal, client services, or administrative support preferred; exposure to litigation support or legal operations a plus.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); willingness to learn internal systems such as NetSuite.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
