SALARY: $66,400 - $74,700, bonus eligible
SHIFTS: We are currently hiring for all 3 shifts on the team: Days, Afternoons or Midnights

ROLE SUMMARY:
The SR. SPEC., BSC – LOGISTICS, CENTRAL QUEUE plays a critical role in our overall day-to-day supply chain operations. In this role, you will be a part of one of the three shift teams of our new CENTRAL QUEUE operations, coordinating and optimizing all inbound and outbound shipment activity for our 12 brewery warehouses. Your actions in this role will directly impact the team’s ability to meet and exceed all key performance indicator (KPI) targets, and that all service level agreements (SLA’s) are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure smooth workflows and effective communication between Brewery Management, Team Members, and 3PLs (Spotting & Welcome Center)
- Understand and ensure the compliance of all Brewery safety and quality policies
- Proactively address any communication gaps or misunderstandings between Control Tower and Brewery personnel
- Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) & Reaction Plans are followed at all times
- Identify areas to improve queue operations in order to achieve or exceed key performance indicators and targets
- Monitor and react to operational efficiency measures throughout shift, update and communicate all shift end reporting for assigned Breweries
- Address operational topics with sense of urgency and make sure Warehouse is servicing internal SLA’s
QUALFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Supply Chain preferred.
- Strong analytical, communications and presentation skills using Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated strengths in project management, planning, complex problem-solving and influence.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups, handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results that exceed customer expectations.
- Willingness to relocate in the future for growth opportunities.
- Ability to work non-traditional shifts and weekends
