Night Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, 9pm-7am, and Thursday 11pm-9am (may vary based on client and residential program needs)
Salary: $45,150 per year ($3,762.50 per month)
Job Overview:
Horizon Project provides essential support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group residential homes and supported living settings. As a Night Coordinator, you’ll help create a safe & positive environment, support daily activities, manage medications, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. You’ll also supervise and train Direct Support Staff, assist with scheduling, and provide hands-on assistance to foster independence and well-being for our clients. This is an in-person position.
Examples of Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure client well-being by maintaining a clean, safe living environment and assisting with daily activities.
- Support clients with personal care, bathing, meal prep, cleaning, and medications.
- Supervise and train staff, manage schedules, and ensure adequate staffing.
- Oversee medical and financial record-keeping and monitor medication administration.
- Actively communicate with clients, families, and team members, upholding respect and dignity in all interactions.
- Work independently to address client needs and employee questions during the graveyard shift

Requirements
- Must have at least 6 months of supervisory experience managing 5+ employees
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that is insurable by company auto insurance
- Ability to get and maintain CPR/First Aid/AED certification (paid for by us)
- Pass a background check, drug test, and driving records check
- Preference for applicants with experience in caregiving or direct support work.
