Sow Division Internship - Summer 2026 chez Cooper Farms

We have divisions in Mercer, Van Wert and Paulding Counties in Ohio and are looking for a Sow Division Intern to join our team for the Summer of 2026.

LOCATION: Oakwood, OH (45873)

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday

STARTING RATE: From $17.50

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

Job Functions: 

• Experience/Exposure to our Hog Division
• Mainly helping with projects related to sow mortality, gilt development, sow care, bio-security and/or gilt/sow retention.
• Present findings/solutions to our leadership team at the end of the summer
