Description
As a General Manager, you will be first-in-command and responsible for all aspects of club operations, sales, and maintenance. We are looking for positive team players to join our AWESOME team!
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily business operations
- Developing and implementing revenue growth strategies
- Member relations and retention
- Recruiting and Employee Retention
- Training and development of all Club Employees
- Facility Maintenance
- Personal Training and Group Fitness Operations Management
