Description

QRC Technologies is seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Executive to lead business development and sales efforts for our innovative product BlueFly® as well as expanding sales of existing QRC product lines into new markets. BlueFly® is a cutting-edge detection solution designed to identify unintended, low-power Bluetooth, BLE, and WiFi emissions in remote and dynamic environments. It enables real-time situational awareness through TAK integration, supporting missions ranging from search and rescue to checkpoint monitoring, intelligence collection, and nefarious activity detection.


The ideal candidate will have proven success selling complex technical solutions into defense, government, or commercial markets, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into mission-driven outcomes for clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of BlueFly® into target markets including defense, federal, state/local agencies, and strategic international customers.
  • Identify opportunities to expand sales into other QRC product lines.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, program managers, and procurement officials.
  • Identify new opportunities and lead pursuits from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and sales/marketing to align customer requirements with product capabilities.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals tailored to customer missions.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving export controls (EAR), licensing, and compliance considerations.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and regular sales updates to leadership.
  • Represent QRC Technologies and BlueFly® at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years selling technical solutions into defense, government, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of exceeding multimillion-dollar sales targets in complex markets.
  • Deep understanding of government procurement processes, acquisition cycles, and funding pathways.
  • Ability to articulate technical product value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience with TAK ecosystem, unmanned systems, and/or RF detection technologies is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
