As the Production Supervisor, you are responsible for operational performance excellence of your shift.  You ensure policies & procedures are upheld in our safety-first & quality-oriented culture.

You Will

  • Ensure associates are working in a safe manner and they understand Plastipak's commitment to safety
  • Accountable for disciplinary action as well as retention
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of motivation
  • Responsible for timely completion of performance evaluations
  • Accountable for driving safety, quality, reliability and scrap priorities

You Have

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Associates degree preferred
  • Minimum of three to five years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work 6:30 pm - 7 am Sunday - Saturday, on a schedule cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and repeat
