TRG is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer specialised in Ultrasound technology in the Vitoria Team

The standard scope of this role includes:

• Support for the deployment of Ultrasound applications for VAN EA on office equipment.

• Diagnosis and resolution of incidents occurring in the Ultrasound measurement environment within the areas described in this document.

• Installation tests on office equipment of the necessary Ultrasound software for VAN EA.

• Connectivity tests with servers and additional hardware from office equipment.

• Promotion of the registration of the necessary software according to the defined process for Mercedes via ITShop, with the service of VANEA Technology Software Support for Rough Assembly.

• Onsite Support for Equipment Deployed with Ultrasound Application in BluePC and Office Environments:

      - Loss of connection with servers and network.

      - Malfunction of hardware in office and BluePC equipment.

      - Malfunction of the software defined for Ultrasound. 

      - Support for the implementation of all defined security tools.

• Support for other applications.

• Carry out the process of registration and software update on Rough Assembly office equipment according to the software registration process defined by Mercedes-Benz in IT-SHOP.

• Perform functionality tests of the software for the different Rough Assembly Technologies.

• Installation of the necessary software on office equipment during the different phases of the software registration process.

• Documentation of installation procedures.

• Establish collaboration with the Desktop service on the VAN EA Shopfloor and other Rough Assembly services for software registration.

• Maintenance of material in the local catalogue in IT-SHOP for installation on office equipment.

• Deployment on all office equipment.

• Ensure your KPIs directly support and measure progress toward your overall business objectives

• Responsible for operational planning, that is, for personnel planning, coordination, and monitoring.

Pre-Requisites & Experience

• Previous experience as onsite support in different customers carrying out tasks as described above.

• Professional competence in Spanish and English (B2 or above)

• Spanish licence car is required.
