HYBRID Opportunity in Northeast, OH or DFW, TX
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Manager – IT to lead a team of developers and architects working across Java, .NET, PL/SQL, T-SQL, and AWS environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile setup.
Responsibilities
Oversee full-stack application development using Java, .NET, and database technologies (PL/SQL, T-SQL)
Review and guide solution architecture, technical design, and code for performance, scalability, and security
Manage project delivery using Agile/Scrum, ensuring timely releases aligned with business goals
Implement and maintain DevOps practices - CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment automation
Lead design, deployment, and optimization of applications on AWS Cloud
Utilize AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.) for building scalable, secure solutions
Ensure application reliability, performance, and cost efficiency in cloud environments
Collaborate closely with Stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other teams to define priorities and ensure delivery excellence
Champion process automation, performance improvements, and modernization initiatives
Contribute to enterprise architecture discussions and technology roadmaps
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience managing cross-functional software development teams
Strong hands-on experience in Java, .NET Core, REST APIs, PL/SQL, and T-SQL
Solid understanding of AWS cloud architecture and deployment models
Experience implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Git) and issue tracking tools (Jira, Confluence)
AWS certification or equivalent cloud experience
Exposure to microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and performance optimization

The salary range for this opportunity is $73,500 - $123,800. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
