What You’ll Do:

• Assist retail and shop customers with parts selection and product information
   
• Answer phones, take orders, and process payments
   
• Manage inventory — receive, stock, and organize parts
   
• Track special orders and follow up with customers
   
• Maintain clean, organized counters and work areas
   
• Support technicians and team members as needed
