We’re growing — and we’re looking for an experienced, driven Plumbing Excavator to grow with us.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair sewer systems up to 7 feet and deeper
- Safely excavate around buried utilities, traffic, buildings, overhead wires, and tight spaces
- Operate equipment such as Backhoe, Mini Track hoe, Track skid steer, and more for digging, grading, compacting
- Install and service various plumbing systems and fixtures
- Ensure all work complies with local and national plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper jobsite procedures
- Communicate effectively with plumbers, drivers, crew, supervisors, and laborers
- Complete necessary paperwork and assist with other duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience with excavation background
- Proficient in sewer repair and shoring equipment usage
- Skilled in safe excavation practices in challenging environments
- Ability to read tape measures and follow written/verbal directions
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and professional customer interaction
- Able to pull trailers and transport equipment as needed
- Passionate about high-quality work, safety, and exceeding homeowner expectations
Preferred Experience:
- Trenchless sewer repair
- Safety, compliance, and environmental awareness
- Equipment maintenance and organization

Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000
