Join the TAKKT Group – we are looking for a motivated employee in Barselona or Budapest to strengthen our team as Talent & Development Manager to shape new worlds of work!
 
Where You Make An Impact:

  • Talent & Succession: Design and implement talent reviews, succession planning, follow-through on  development ; ensure quality and track outcomes.
  • Skills & Development: Design and maintain the organization’s skills taxonomy and support skills matrices to enable capability mapping, workforce planning, and targeted learning strategies.
  • Process & Governance: Drive continuous improvement in performance, talent and development; maintain RACIs and enablement tools.
  • Systems & Analytics: Co-own Workday Talent & Learning; manage releases and testing; deliver trusted dashboards and data integrity.
  • Change & Enablement: Drive change management and enablement strategies to ensure successful adoption of talent and development initiatives across the organization..

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:

  • Proven experience designing and implementing global talent frameworks, succession plans, and learning strategies.
  • Strong skills in change management and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption of new processes.
  • Expertise in Workday and leveraging data for actionable insights.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable talent solutions.
  • Collaborative, high-visibility mindset with excellent communication skills in English, comfortable influencing leaders across regions and functions.
