Where You Make An Impact:
- Talent & Succession: Design and implement talent reviews, succession planning, follow-through on development ; ensure quality and track outcomes.
- Skills & Development: Design and maintain the organization’s skills taxonomy and support skills matrices to enable capability mapping, workforce planning, and targeted learning strategies.
- Process & Governance: Drive continuous improvement in performance, talent and development; maintain RACIs and enablement tools.
- Systems & Analytics: Co-own Workday Talent & Learning; manage releases and testing; deliver trusted dashboards and data integrity.
- Change & Enablement: Drive change management and enablement strategies to ensure successful adoption of talent and development initiatives across the organization..

- Expertise in Workday and leveraging data for actionable insights.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable talent solutions.
- Collaborative, high-visibility mindset with excellent communication skills in English, comfortable influencing leaders across regions and functions.
