The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. - DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The Impact you will have in this role:
1. Design, implement, and maintain observability systems (PagerDuty) that monitor, analyze, and report on the health and performance of software applications and infrastructure.
2. Manage and configure PagerDuty for effective incident response and on-call management.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
4. Integrate observability tools (PagerDuty) with IT infrastructure components such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana and ServiceNow.
5. Provide technical guidance and training to team members on observability best practices.
6. Proficient in both written (Office applications) and verbal communication, adept at conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
