Job Title: Revenue Management Analyst – US Healthcare (RCM)

Role Overview
Neolytix is looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Management Analyst with a strong background in US Healthcare RCM. The role involves analyzing revenue data, identifying trends, and supporting the operations team in driving revenue performance and achieving collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track revenue collections from clients within the RCM process.
Work on strategies and action plans to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Compare and analyze collection and revenue reports to identify variances and insights.
Review and interpret revenue trends; highlight areas of improvement to management.
Conduct data reviews with supervisors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Identify and document process flows to strengthen internal controls and efficiency.
Collaborate with RCM teams to resolve issues impacting revenue collection and reporting.
Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for leadership review.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to lead internal and client calls.
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
Experience working on RCM tools or EHR systems (Athena, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, AdvancedMD, etc.).
Exposure to MIS or revenue reporting and trend analysis.
Strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and accountability.
