Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (No weekends or late evenings!)
Hours: 40 hours per week during business hours

We're currently in the middle of a $26 million construction project to transform our facilities, and we're looking for a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to help us maintain our high standards as we grow.

About the Role

As our Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in keeping our dealership clean, safe, and welcoming for both our team members and customers. You'll be responsible for maintaining all areas of our facility, including our showroom, offices, service bays, and grounds.

What You'll Do:

• Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and office areas
• Keep showroom floors spotless and presentable for customers
• Clean and maintain service bays and shop areas
• Remove trash and recycling throughout the facility
• Restock supplies (paper products, soap, cleaning materials)
• Maintain cleanliness of dealership grounds and lot areas
• Monitor and remove any debris or trash from outdoor areas
• Support facility needs during our ongoing construction project
• Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, reaching, standing for extended periods)
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred:

• Experience in automotive dealership or commercial facility maintenance
• Knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals and equipment
