*This position is fully onsite and open to work out of one of our office locations in San Antonio, Texas/Franklin, WI/or Conshohocken, PA. 


Purpose

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Enterprise Technology Manager to lead and drive execution of the technology roadmap for our Digital Workplace functions. This manager-level role will serve as the primary service delivery owner for all team member digital technologies (i.e., M365, laptops, phones, printers, warehouse endpoints). This role will be responsible for planning, building, documenting, and deploying a repeatable and scalable strategy that addresses fulfilling needs for all Tiger BioSciences team members across resource requirements including people, process, and technology.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle and user experience of endpoint hardware and software to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable operations
  • Manage the lifecycle of physical devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, scanners, and printers) and ensure operating systems and applications are deployed, maintained, and optimized
  • Plan, test, and deploy Windows, IOS updates and upgrades across the enterprise
  • Partner with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration between endpoint and virtual server environments
  • Lead enterprise patching cycles and coordinate with Cybersecurity and Operations teams to remediate vulnerabilities across all endpoint devices
  • Maintain compliance with corporate and regulatory standards
  • Manage the preparation, testing, and deployment of enterprise tooling through platforms such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or equivalent tools
  • Oversee virtual workspace environments (Azure Virtual Desktop) or equivalent, ensuring performance, scalability, and security
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor device health, user satisfaction, and performance metrics (boot times, crash rates, network reliability)
  • Identify systemic issues and implement enterprise-wide solutions to improve user experience
  • Provide leadership for enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms, ensuring seamless communication and modern workplace enablement
  • Oversee platforms enabling teamwork and communication, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools
  • Administer and secure corporate email systems, ensuring compliance with protection, spam, and phishing controls
  • Support enterprise productivity platforms to enhance operational efficiency and standardization of use
  • Govern the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure proper adoption and compliance with IT standards
  • Manage Teams as a unified chat, meetings, and telephony platform; ensure performance, governance, and user support
  • Oversee conference room technologies, video conferencing, and media service integrations (Zoom, Teams Rooms, etc.) aligned to organizational use cases
  • Lead the design, maintenance, and optimization of corporate telephony and contact center technologies that enable business communications globally
  • Oversee enterprise voice infrastructure, ensuring uptime, quality, and user satisfaction.
  • Manage backend call handling systems such as Cisco Call Manager, Teams Phone, or Avaya Yealink or equivalent
  • Oversee customer support and call center platforms to ensure scalability, performance, and effective agent operations
  • Manage vendor relationships with telecom carriers, ensuring service reliability and cost optimization
  • Support electronic and legacy fax systems as required by business or regulatory needs (e.g., legal or healthcare)
  • Monitor and report on call routing, uptime, and call performance metrics
  • Partner with business stakeholders to optimize workflows, enhance agent experience, and implement new voice solutions aligned with business goals
  • Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage direct reports.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to develop leadership in direct reports and department management.
  • Establish and monitor objective annual goals for direct reports.
  • Conduct performance reviews and establish performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Recruit, interview, and select personnel for hire.
  • Travel domestically up to 10% to attend offsite meetings, conferences, and support business initiatives.
  • Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings. Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes.
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT or Enterprise Technology roles and in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Technology practitioner focused in Digital workplace and Microsoft tooling.
  • Hands-on Microsoft tooling expertise is required, including experience with M365, InTune, Teams, Power Platform, and SharePoint.
  • Experience governing and managing devices across multiple entities.
  • This position requires the ability to travel, as needed, to support multi-site collaboration, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Clearance of favorable background investigation required.
