The Fresh Mark facility in Massillon, Ohio, is currently accepting applications for experienced Maintenance Technicians in Welding/Fabrication.

Must be hard working, detail oriented, and drug free. 

Wage and Benefits

Maintenance Technicians - Welding/Fabrication

• Starting labor rate of $28.45/hr.
• $1.50 Shift Differential for 2^nd and 3^rd Shift
• $300 sign-on bonus after three months

Schedule determined by position and will be discussed during the interview.

Key Accountabilities

• Read and interpret blueprints

• Welding and fabrication: Welding of primarily stainless-steel material using techniques such as MIG, TIG and stick.

• Equipment operation: Operation of various equipment including grinders, band saws, hand tools and welding machines, ensuring they are maintained in a safe working condition.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent . Completion of technical program or apprenticeship in welding or fabrication is preferred.

• Experience: Previous experience in welding or fabrication, stainless-steel, or food applications a plus.

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is crucial to ensure integrity and quality of finished products.

• Physical Stamina: The role often requires physical strength and stamina to handle heavy material.

• Perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting (up to 75lbs, unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking

• Safely use various manual, power and safety tools common to maintenance 
• Handle commonly used chemicals in accordance with SOPs and SDS
