Assistant(e) stagiaire en communication marketing
Descriptif du poste
En tant qu'assistant(e) en communication marketing, vous rejoindrez l’entreprise Sony et plus précisément l’équipe Professional Healthcare Business, en charge du développement des outils de communication de produits d'imagerie médicale avancés et de solutions visant à améliorer le flux de travail dans le domaine de la santé.
Vous serez directement rattaché(e) au Responsable Marketing de Sony Europe Healthcare Solutions.
Le périmètre couvert est l'Europe.
Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :
o Soutenir l'exécution du plan de communication
Concevoir et créer des flyers, des présentations PowerPoint de vente en coordination avec les spécialistes produits et les responsables marketing produits.
Soutenir la communication lors d'événements
Suivi de la création de la newsletter et de l'emailing avec l'équipe d'automatisation
Suivi et développement des activités de médias sociaux
Suivi des traductions
o Analyse concurrentielle de la communication dans le domaine de l'imagerie médicale
o Formulation de recommandations sur les nouvelles méthodes de communication numérique.
Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec nos équipes produits, technologie, marketing et ventes et de l’équipe de support à la communication basée à Basingstoke (UK).
Le stage est basé dans notre bureau de Paris, avec la possibilité de voyager à travers l'Europe. Les candidatures peuvent être rédigées en français ou en anglais.
Qualifications et expérience
- Vous êtes une personne ouverte d'esprit et enthousiaste qui a un fort esprit d'équipe et qui est à l'aise pour travailler de manière autonome.
- Vous comprenez l’interculturalité et êtes capable de communiquer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés.
- Vous êtes prêt à apporter une contribution significative et à apprendre beaucoup de cette expérience.
- Vous être capable de gérer des tâches variées « simultanément ». Vous devez faire preuve d'un grand sens de planification et d’organisation.
- Compétences sur les outils Microsoft Excel et PowerPoint.
- La connaissance de logiciels d'édition de photos ou de vidéos serait appréciée.
- Maitrise de l'anglais.

Intern Marketing Communication Assistant
Job Description
As a Marketing Communication Assistant, you will join Sony Professional Healthcare Business group, in charge of developing communication tools of the leading innovative company providing advanced medical imaging products and solution to improve healthcare workflow.
You will report directly to the Sony Europe Healthcare Solutions Head of Marketing.
The scope of coverage is Europe.
Your primary responsibilities will involve:
Supporting the execution of the communication plan
Design and creation of flyers, sales PowerPoint presentations in coordination with product specialists and product marketing managers
Support communication on event
Following up newsletter and emailing creation with automation team
Follow up and develop the social Media activities
Follow up of translation
Competitive analysis of healthcare imaging communication
Giving recommendation on new way of digital communication
You will be working alongside our product, technology, marketing and sales teams and communication support platform based in Basingstoke (UK).
The internship is based in our Paris office, with possibilities to travel across Europe. Applications in French or English possible.
Qualifications & Experience
You are an open-minded and enthusiastic individual who is a strong team player but also self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
You understand cultural differences and are able to communicate effectively with many different people profiles.
You are willing to make a significant contribution and learn a lot from this experience.
You will need to have the ability to manage many different and various tasks “simultaneously”. You will need a strong sense of ownership as well as a being an expert at planning and scheduling.
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Photo or video editing software knowledge would be appreciated.
Excellent knowledge of English spoken & writte
