Our Business Development & Technology team is looking to expand the team for our asset management and capital raising division.
ALANTRA is looking for a results-driven candidate to engage and enable our professionals to achieve their desired outcomes. This role will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to map, analyze, test, and document business and technical processes and subsequently drive increased proficiencies through service-based and technology-based project management tools.
Job description
- Identify and develop service-based and technology-enabled solutions for business problems and/or streamline processes
- Analyze CRM data to identify customer insights and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Leverage the firm’s tech resources to identify potential opportunities across the asset management verticals
- Serve as a knowledge center and provide insights to ensure all stakeholders are connected.
- Build and manage a successful relationship with investment professionals
- Work with other corporate services teams to tackle issues and help influence our roadmap
- Help collect and analyze investment professionals’ success metrics and data
- Pilot and optimize new or modified processes via trials with the teams
- Develop training methods and oversee process implementation with key internal stakeholders
Requirements:
What we would like to see in you
- 1-2 years of experience in consulting, tech-enabled services or customer-facing roles
- University degree in Business Administration and Data Analytics.
- Team player, with the ability to work with many and various stakeholders
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Promoting the latest digital innovations
- Being a proactive person with a lot of initiative
- High level of English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of the Investment Banking & Asset Management industry will be highly valued
- Desirably experience in: CRM, Data visualization tools such as Power BI and Microsoft tools
