The Opportunity
The Director, Program Management Office (PMO) will establish and lead a unified, enterprise-wide PMO that connects Manufacturing, Engineering, ERP/Systems, Operations, and M&A initiatives. This high-impact, cross-functional leadership role bridges strategy and execution - helping RedDOT scale efficiently, integrate acquisitions seamlessly, deliver technology transformations, and strengthen operational discipline.
In this role, you will:
- Build and lead a world-class PMO function, defining its strategy, governance, tools, and performance metrics to enable execution excellence across the business.
- Drive enterprise transformation by aligning program priorities with RedDOT’s strategic growth goals, ensuring disciplined execution and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Engineering and Sales teams to deliver innovative new products to market on schedule, budget, and at agreed upon performance metrics.
- Partner with IT and business leaders to deliver ERP and technology-enabled programs that enhance process efficiency, data integrity, and scalability.
- Champion cultural alignment and change management, ensuring all initiatives reinforce RedDOT’s RISE values: Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence.
- Develop and deploy program management standard work and metrics for all appropriate projects in the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish governance and portfolio management frameworks that create visibility, prioritization, and consistency across enterprise initiatives.
- Oversee complex cross-functional programs - including ERP rollouts, new product development, operational excellence projects, and M&A integrations - ensuring risk management, as well as alignment with strategic and financial goals.
- Provide actionable, data-driven insights to the executive team, improving decision-making, risk mitigation, and long-term planning.
- Collaborate with external consultants, vendors, and strategic partners to bring best practices, new tools, and innovation into RedDOT’s operations.

Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
We seek a proven program leadership professional who combines strategic thinking, operational rigor, and a hands-on approach to execution.
Experience & Skills:
- 15+ years of experience leading project management functions.
- M&A expertise, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in IT, engineering, and operations.
- Strong background in program governance, portfolio management, and risk mitigation.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Experience collaborating with external partners and consultants.
- Excellent communication, listening, and collaboration skills; able to influence across all levels.

Education & Experience Requirements (Minimum):
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, or related field); MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years in project management, including 5-8 years of progressive leadership experience.
- Experience in multi-site manufacturing or distribution environments preferred.
- ERP, operations, and M&A integration experience strongly desired.

- A PMP Certification is a plus.
Travel
Occasional domestic and international travel will be required (up to 25%).

Salary Grade** for this role is as follows:
Min: $160,000/annual
Mid: $180,000/annual
Max: $200,000/annual
*Subject to all local, state and federal regulatory limits
** Salary grade levels and placement are all based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: applicable experience, education, skill set, market.
