Natural Retreats is hiring Shuttle Drivers to join our Silver Star team in Park City, UT for the upcoming season! The Shuttle Driver / Bellman position will be responsible for operation of a shuttle/vehicle and transporting guests safely and efficiently over specific routes. They also assist owners and guests with luggage and ski equipment on occasion. A successful Shuttle Driver / Bellman provides reliable and timely service while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
COMPENSATION: $20 - $22 / hour + tips + retention bonus at the end of season!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- To be a brand ambassador, promoting all Natural Retreats’ locations and services to guests and colleagues alike.
- Provide Amazing customer service to guests using the Shuttle services.
- Operate vehicle/shuttle safely over assigned route, picking up and delivering only authorized guests and owners.
- Obey traffic laws and transportation practices as required by federal, state, and local law.
- Secure wheelchairs, car seats, and other restraining devices as needed.
- Exemplify excellent customer service skills when speaking with guests, owners and coworkers.
- Transport guests to and from their destinations safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the vehicle.
- Communicate with front desk and management on any guest requests outside assigned shuttle route.
- Report all accidents, injuries, incidents, unsafe working conditions, and damages to vehicles/shuttles immediately to management.
- Inspect vehicle/shuttle for proper operating condition before and after every shift according to checklist
- Regulate heating, cooling, and ventilating equipment for the comfort of passengers.
- Attain expert knowledge of Park City and provide guests with any requested information.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
REQUIRED
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and/or background screening
- Valid and current state driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferable
- Ability to operate cars, vans, etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Guest Experience and shuttle functions
- Proficiency in technology such as Apple cell phones and basic computer skills
- Team Player

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This is a seasonal position. Coverage is needed for the morning shift which goes from 7:45 am - 3:15 pm. Weekends and holidays are busy with guest arrivals and departures and are generally required and considered working days.
