Responsibilities & Primary Duties
Model safe behavior at all times and actively participates in safety improvement activities.
Identifies patterns of failures and ways to design out failures.
Support the planning and execution of daily/weekly/and shutdown activities.
Participate in cost effective decision making (for example/ labor, parts, and materials).
Demonstrates collaboration by continually demonstrating adult behavior and actively participating in team activities to provide the highest level of service and equipment.
High-speed Equipment Troubleshooting, Maintenance and Repair
Working knowledge of Electrical Codes & Standards
Reading/interpreting blueprints, technical manuals.
Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime, shifts, and travel as needed
The ability and initiative to work with minimal supervision
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with members of all departments
The ability to communicate (written and oral) effectively
The ability to adhere to Internal SOPs
The candidate must have proficiency with troubleshooting on production equipment. Electrical and mechanical processes are required in the facility on a 24-hour per day, 7-day per week rotating shift basis. This includes the ability to troubleshoot electrical components, machine drives (AC and DC), proficiency working with programmable logic controllers, power distribution, and motor sequence control and personal computers. Individual must be self-motivated, communicate well, and have the willingness to work under varying conditions. Individual must have the physical ability to perform manual labor, climb, bend, etc.
Qualifications Required
Candidate has completed a qualified instrumentation and/or electrical trade apprenticeship and possess a journeyman or master electrician certificate or candidate has equivalent military training and experience.
Candidate has four years of industrial electrical maintenance experience or military equivalent.
Candidate must be able to work on elevated work platforms, catwalks, scaffolding, etc.
Must be able to work either a 12-hour rotating shift or an 8-hour day shift, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed.
Other Qualifications
Candidate must meet and maintain medical qualifications required by the job.
Candidate must possess the interpersonal skills necessary to work closely with other team members.

Starting Hourly Wage: $39.56 USD
At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above, overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year. You’ll also enjoy a full benefits package, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. Please note that the stated pay rate applies to US locations only.
