We’re looking for an Associate Director, Global Banking - Strategic Insights & Advisory to:
• Originate M&A opportunities, raise equity for clients, guide companies through financial restructuring, discuss strategic alternatives geared towards growth, and provide other corporate strategy and corporate finance advisory services.
• Use differentiating and proprietary corporate finance frameworks in the context of client coverage, buy or sell side M&A, equity offerings (including IPOs), or strategic plan evaluations.
• Coordinate with senior coverage bankers to provide innovative solutions for Global Banking clients.
• Provide market driven and substantial strategic insights via differentiated analytical frameworks.
• Advise senior executives of corporate clients regarding the key drivers of their companies' market value.
• Use AI driven large language models to analyze client's equity narratives.
• Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Salary & Work Schedule: $175000 to $194464 Per Year, 40 hrs/wk. The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. • This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics and Mathematics, Finance, or related field of study.
Position requires strong knowledge of the following:
• Corporate finance
• Accounting; Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Data Providers; Data Analytics; Stata
• Financial modeling; Financial Statements; DCF.
• Experience may be gained pre- or post-Bachelor’s degree through internships, research experience, undergraduate-level coursework, research, or teaching experience.
