- Takes initiative to develop and execute a practical outreach strategy, identifying, prioritizing, and engaging high-value community partners - with minimal oversight.
- Proactively builds and strengthens referral networks within the mental health, medical, and social service communities.
- Develop and sustain partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Represent JF&CS at community events, conferences, and professional gatherings.
- Serve as an informed and compassionate ambassador for JF&CS's programs, especially our mental health practice.
- Track outreach efforts and referral patterns to assess and report on impact.
- Collaborate with colleagues across program areas (including clinical, older adult services and IDD services) to expand visibility and client demand.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with clinical or medical models. Familiarity with older adult services and/or IDD services a plus.
- Established professional network within medical, mental health, or social service ecosystems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in a related field preferred.
- 10-20 years of experience in outreach, partnership development, or business development, ideally in the mental health, medical, or nonprofit sectors.
- Strong knowledge of clinical mental health services and/or healthcare referral systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse partners.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.
- Organized, strategic, and results oriented.
Candidates who are selected for employment must successfully complete a pre-employment background screening as well as a pre-employment drug screening. Employment will be contingent upon the satisfactory completion of both the background check and the drug screening. Additionally, if applicable, tuberculosis testing (TB) and fingerprinting may also be required.
