TEACHER’S AIDE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supporting the classroom teacher by assisting with instructional activities such as helping students understand lessons, working one-on-one, or in small groups.
• Assisting in preparation of daily activities and instructional materials to enhance learning experiences
• Performing administrative tasks such as taking attendance, preparing copies, and managing classroom supplies and equipment
• Supervising students during classroom and non-classroom times (e.g., recess, lunch, field trips) to ensure safety and proper behavior, and assisting with behavior management under teacher supervision
• Supporting students with additional needs by providing personalized assistance and attending to their physical and emotional needs
• Helping maintain an organized and stimulating classroom environment by setting up and tidying resources and equipment before and after lessons
• Communicating observations about student progress and behavior to the teacher to aid in monitoring and reporting
• Any other tasks as assigned by the teacher or administrator

This position has an hourly salary of $15.00. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
