About the Program

Our softball program is built on a rich tradition of excellence, proudly holding six state championships and consistently competing at the highest levels. We are committed to fostering an environment that develops student-athletes who excel both on the field and in the classroom.

We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and visionary coach to lead our program into its next era of success.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and manage all aspects of the high school softball program.

• Develop and implement practice plans, game strategies, and training programs that promote skill development, teamwork, and competitiveness.

• Build and maintain a structured youth softball pipeline, including camps, outreach, and relationships with feeder programs.

• Foster a positive team culture centered on sportsmanship, respect, accountability, and character.

• Support and monitor student-athlete academic performance, promoting excellence in the classroom.

• Collaborate with athletic department staff, administrators, parents, and community partners.

• Uphold district, state, and athletic association policies.

• Oversee assistant coaches, budgets, equipment, scheduling, and offseason conditioning programs.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience at the high school, collegiate, or elite club level preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to motivate student-athletes and cultivate a winning culture.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Experience building or working with youth development programs.

• Commitment to academic support and personal development of athletes.

• Applicable coaching certifications or willingness to obtain required credentials.
