As a Lot Attendant, you would be working a schedule of...

• Monday - Thursday 9am-4pm
• Friday - 9am - 5pm

Qualifications

As a Lot Attendant, you will have the responsibility of...

• Ensuring parking locations are clean and free of any debris
• Providing customer service, including assistance with use of digital pay machines
• Enforcing parking rules and regulations; issuing citations and/or report violators
• Performing assigned duties and executing special projects independently
• Reporting of available space and on-site traffic directing
• Auditing rates at pay machines and on our online platform
• Issuing tickets for Bank Customers to get validated

As a Lot Attendant, you will need...

• Ability to clearly communicate with all personnel
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work primarily outdoors
• Willingness to learn proficiency in using Apple iOS and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
