The role you’ll contribute:

The Information Security Tabletop Training Specialist - Intermediate is responsible for all aspects of the design, development, implementation, distribution, evaluation and maintenance of packaged exercise resources on a wide range of threat scenarios.  These tabletop exercises are set to assess plans, policies and procedures, or to determine the types of systems required to guide the prevention of, response to, or recovery from a defined incident, thereby enhancing AdventHealth's emergency preparedness and response capabilities. This role involves collaborating with various departments to develop realistic scenarios and ensure effective participation and learning testing both at the facility and corporate level.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

·       Ability to design, plan, and execute tabletop exercises that focus on realistic scenarios and exercise crisis management, incident response, communications, and/or business continuity plans.

·       Lead both discussion-based exercises which familiarize participants with plans, policies, agreements, and procedures and operations-based exercises which validate the plans, policies, agreements, and procedures that were reviewed in discussion-based exercises.

·       Lead and facilitate tabletop exercise discussions with workforce members at all levels, including senior executives and C-Suite.

·       Develop and tailor tabletop exercises presentations for different audiences.

·       Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify relevant objectives, scenarios, and participants.

·       Ability to identify areas for the organization to improve upon during the development and execution of the exercise.

·       Ability to write concise summaries of technical and non-technical findings observed during the exercise

·       Coordinate to develop tabletop exercise fact sheets, job aids, training modules or instruments, or information to promote the tabletop exercise program, HSEEP guidelines, and national preparedness goals.

·       Rate the effectiveness of the exercise and report findings to management, recommending improvements as needed.

·       Keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends and threats to ensure training content is current and relevant.

·       Meet reporting requirements through implementation of dashboards, metrics, and other methods,

·       Other duties as assigned by leader(s).

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

·       Strong project management, organization and facilitation skills.

·       Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and best practices.

·       Knowledge of industry-relevant standards or models (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK)

·       Knowledge of current cyber threat intel and understanding of current adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures

·       Knowledge of attorney-client privilege and/or traffic light protocol (TLP) is a plus

·       Understanding of available third-party support during a cybersecurity incident is also a plus

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex security concepts.

·       Ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

·       Analytical and critical thinking skills.

·       Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite.

·       Proficient in PowerPoint.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

·       Bachelor's degree

·       3-5 years of experience

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:

·       Experience working with tabletop exercise tools, such as Immersive labs.

·       Strong understanding of the operations and management of healthcare facilities, including hospitals, physician practices, etc.

·       Experience in business continuity planning, risk management, or emergency management, preferably within the healthcare sector.

·       Security architecture experience.

·       Technical writing experience.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:

·       PMP

·       Security+

·       CISSP
