SALARY: $104,800 - $124,450, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Engineer role for MCC Tech focused on Conveyors, Palletizers, and Vision Inspection Systems position will work in a collaborative effort to train, and become a technical expert as well as monitor and develop KPIs as a priority.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a developmental training position that will be responsible for becoming a technical expert in all process aspects in assigned area.
Manage, coach, assist and direct workforce
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are being followed
Develop, monitor, and maintain critical control points to ensure excellent process and product quality
Coach workforce through troubleshooting and monitoring of operating processes and equipment
Develop and monitor KPI performance activities to determine opportunities and priorities
Lead process improvement and initiate change
Enforce and promote safe working practices
Identify areas to improve operations by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions utilizing management system tool and methodologies to ensure key performance indicators and targets are achieved or exceeded
Up to 30% Travel
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical preferred)
Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation
Technical and problem-solving skills
Leadership skills, comfort level with change, and the ability to lead change
Ability to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systems
