This full time School Counselor position will work in-person at our Valley View Campus as the sole counselor for our EP Area Learning Center (alternative education for 9-12 students) and as part of the EP Online counseling team, as the individual who will manage supplementally-enrolled (part-time) students in the program.

We are currently seeking exceptional School Counselor candidates for the 2025-2026 school year at our Valley View location.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in the educational field
Applicants who will hold the following credentials by January 5, 2026 are welcome to apply. We will work with applicants whose license is in process.
- Minnesota Teacher License: School Counselor, Secondary
  - We encourage all applicants to review the MN Tier License System as we will work with applicants in applying for various Tier licenses that they may qualify
  - The district is willing to request an out of field permission license as needed

Compensation & Paid Leave
- Starting salary for 1.0 FTE BA: $51,831 and MA: $63,451; licensed teaching experience considered for higher placement (prorated based on FTE)
- Performance Awards available

- Medical premiums are covered by the district up to $756 for individual plans and up to $1,315 per month toward family plans.
- Dental premiums are fully covered by the district for individual and family plans
