You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders, bring market knowledge to the table, and help design sourcing strategies that align with our values of integrity, innovation, collaboration, and member focus.

What You'll Do

  • Discover & Research: Use a mix of sourcing strategies, from advanced search techniques to technical communities and platforms, to identify and engage top engineers, product managers, and other critical technical talent
  • Build Networks: Develop strong relationships within technical fields to create ongoing pipelines of diverse and qualified talent
  • Influence & Inspire: Serve as a candidate’s first impression of LendingClub. Share our mission, values, and culture in ways that inspire them to engage with our opportunities
  • Collaborate & Partner: Work hand-in-hand with recruiters and hiring teams, contributing ideas and insights to strengthen our collective hiring strategy
  • Provide Market Insights: Deliver data-driven intelligence about talent pools, competitors, and trends to help the team make informed hiring decisions

About You

  • 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles (engineering, data analytics, etc.)
  • Comfortable engaging with technical talent and understanding role requirements
  • Skilled at balancing multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal), able to engage effectively with candidates and colleagues across all levels
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and resourceful—you thrive in dynamic environments and are energized by problem solving
  • Collaborative by nature, but confident in bringing your own voice, insights, and perspective to the table
  • Passionate about helping people find meaningful work and committed to upholding an inclusive, equitable hiring process
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
