Overview:
We are looking for a Financial Analyst who is motivated and driven in the Finance department. The position is responsible for the timely execution and analysis of financial statements, related audits, and forecasts to ensure the continued financial health of the Avanti organization. The team member that fulfills this position must be prepared to learn, strengthen, and advance accounting functions at a speed that outpaces the growth rate of Avanti operations.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Review blueprints and plans to accurately measure and assess window installation needs for new construction projects.
Create detailed estimates for window installation based on measurements and project specifications.
Communicate with clients and contractors to explain estimates and provide recommendations for window options.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and accurate bid proposals.
Update and maintain accurate records of all estimates and projects.
Always maintain a professional and courteous manner with clients and contractors.
Requirements:
4 Year College Degree Accounting
1+ years of experience in quoting or construction project coordination
Strong attention to detail and ability to take accurate measurements
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and contractors
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the construction or window installation industry
Knowledge of various window materials and styles
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Sales experience

Education and/or Experience:
Must have a high school diploma, associate or bachelor's degree preferred, minimum of 5 years customer service, or general business experience preferred. Prior knowledge of general construction applications and terminology and/or window and door applications or components is desirable but not required.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft® Word, Excel, and Outlook software applications. Will be expected to develop proficiency in Avanti software (i.e. FeneVision, etc.) and be/become familiar with Apple iOS.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English language skills are required as well as good public relations, public speaking, and customer service skills. Ability to read, interpret, understand, and explain documents such as sales processes, product specifications or warranty manuals. Ability to effectively present information to others, gather information from others, and respond appropriately to questions from customers, coworkers, and managers. Must display excellent phone and email etiquette. Must be able to present an appropriate attitude for the situation when interacting with customers or coworkers.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide by 10s and 100s. Ability to perform calculations using units of money, time, measurement, etc. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, length, width, height, and depth. Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra, geometry, and general business math.
Physical Demands:
