Job Description
- 85%: Assist Office Manager and staff by performing primary receptionist duties and operations of front desk in Capitol Federal Hall to ensure quality service is provided to students. Answering incoming phone calls and addressing caller needs. Scheduling student appointments with business academic or career advisors and checking in students for drop-in and scheduled advising.
- 10%: Answering general information regarding Capitol Federal Hall and the School of Business.
- 5%: Provide additional support as needed and directed by full-time staff members; other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Must be a current Business or Pre-Business student.
- During the semester term of the appointment, the student hourly must be enrolled in no fewer than 6 credit hours.
- Ability to work one of the three weekly work schedules indicated.
- A friendly, professional receptionist who pays attention to detail, communicates well (written and verbal) and is committed to assisting people.
- Must be a team player who prioritizes and adapts to staff requests while able to follow directions, show initiative, and work independently.
- Ability to work with various online platforms, software and Microsoft Office programs.
- Must be extremely sensitive to confidential information.
