The Factoring Relationship Manager manages daily collateral and loan analysis for their assigned portfolio of Wintrust Receivable Finance clients and assists in new client onboarding. Reporting directly to the Team Lead, the Relationship Manager is the main point of contact between Wintrust Receivable Finance and our clients.
What You’ll Do
Work closely with the Portfolio Manager in day-to-day responsibilities including but not limited to:
Maintaining an effective line of communication on assigned accounts to ensure a high level of portfolio monitoring
Monitoring and updating ticklers, ensuring client is in compliance with collateral reporting (AR, AP, financials, etc.)
Monitoring Account Debtor purchase limits, ensuring timely reviews and updates
Reviewing and purchasing the assignment schedules after they have been processed
Work with the borrower to resolve any questions/issues relating to collateral, reporting requirements, etc. and approve daily client advance requests
Complete necessary Credit Approval documents for prospects, renewals, line increases, etc.
Review trend cards and actively participate in portfolio reviews
Adhere to Bank Compliance policies and procedures
Perform all other duties as required
Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of factoring and/or receivables finance experience, including commercial underwriting
Minimum of 2 years’ experience analyzing financial statements and credit profiles in support of client credit requests
Must be detail focused and well organized with the ability to multitask to meet urgent deadlines
Good interpersonal and customer relations skills are required to deal with clients and department personnel
Ability to proactively, clearly, and confidently communicate both verbally and in writing will all levels of management, clients and attorneys
Ability to work independently and use independent judgment with minimal supervision
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (specifically MS Excel) and ability to pick up on new systems quickly

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $98,000-$132,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
