Description

 We are seeking a dedicated IE Tester  to support the Maintenance and Operations of client Management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, including knowledge of SQL, JAVA, Web Services and excellent analytical skills. Previous experience with Medicaid, whether as a user, system analyst, developer, or tester, is a plus. We are looking for someone eager to learn and willing to invest the time and effort needed to fully understand the system. Strong documentation, consulting, and communication skills are essential for success in this role 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with users to identify and recreate issues
• Troubleshooting and determining root causes
• Working closely with the technology team to ensure a holistic approach to system maintenance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IE testing 
• Consultant Mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in test management tools and software.
