Watersound Real Estate is redefining how new construction is marketed along Florida’s Emerald Coast. We are hiring a Marketing Manager who will own day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of our builder and community marketing. This role blends creative direction, production, and program management to generate qualified leads, elevate our builders, and strengthen the Watersound Real Estate brand.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead generation systems: Build, run, and optimize funnels that capture and convert interest using our CRM, Social Media channels, the Origins Newsletter, targeted email campaigns, landing pages, and QR paths from print and signage.
- Builder marketing: Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing manager across our builder partners. Understand product, incentives, and timelines. Translate needs into monthly deliverables that drive traffic and tours.
- Creative collateral: Coordinate and manage internal and outsourced creative. Design and ensure brand quality across flyers, brochures, video, photography, web modules, and Watersound Origins office media.
- Content and storytelling: Plan and produce lifestyle-driven content that shows why people choose Watersound Origins. Package work for social, email, and web with clear calls to action.
- Listings and product promotion: Keep new inventory, floor plans, Matterports, 3D renderings and pricing current across web and digital displays. Support resale listing materials when needed.
- Signage and QR ecosystem: Own specifications, vendor coordination, placements, and the QR strategy across the development. Maintain working links, and measurement.
- Technology enablement: Help the broader sales team use company platforms. Provide simple training and guides for campaigns, listings, and concierge services.
- Cross-team alignment: Act as the link between builders and the Director of Marketing. Keep priorities, timelines, and metrics visible.
Additional Duties:
- Plan quarterly and monthly marketing priorities for builders and the community
- Produce or direct production of creative assets and copy that match brand voice
- Build and send the Origins Newsletter and targeted email campaigns
- Maintain accurate product data across sites, displays, and collateral
- Schedule and manage photo, video, and b-roll capture, including builder features
- Manage print and install for signage, track locations, and audit QR codes
- Track performance and share simple reports with takeaways and next steps
- Coordinate vendors and freelancers as needed to meet timelines and quality
- Support general sales initiatives beyond Watersound Origins when requested

- Growth in qualified inquiries, tour bookings, and appointments held
- Consistent on-time delivery of monthly builder materials and community content
- Up-to-date web and display information for inventory and floor plans
- Clean creative that reflects a luxury standard across all touchpoints
- Reliable signage and QR performance with measurable scans and conversions
- Sales team adoption of core tools and playbooks
Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
- 3 or more years in real estate, builder, or community marketing with shipped work you can show
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for practical execution
- Hands-on experience with email platforms and CRM driven campaigns
- Strong copywriting and visual judgment with attention to brand standards
- Organized operator who can manage multiple timelines and still ship
- Comfortable planning shoots, directing lightweight video, and packaging assets
- Clear communicator who turns feedback into action
Preferred Systems Experience:
Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, BoldTrail CRM and automations, Uniqode, Figma.
