Schedule:
Full-Time Tuesday- Saturday,50 hour work week

Responsibilities:

Manage Daily Operations of the dealership

  • Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced
  • Drive a high-performance culture, ensuring performance is awarded and underperformance is managed
  • Oversee the Sales, Parts and Service Departments ensuring performance meets or exceeds budget
  • Set financial and growth objectives for each department, and plan accordingly to ensure profit and product targets are met
  • Accurately finalize dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks
  • Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives
  • Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with manufacturer and regulatory requirements
  • Hires, manages, and coaches Team members
  • Is active in the Sales Department most of our GM’s desk deals

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a large and diverse team
  • Two years of progressive and relevant experience required. Five years highly preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee potential barriers.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to multi- task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly professional and dependable.
  • Proficient computer and internet skills.
  • Prefer two years of Dealership Finance and Insurance sales experience.
  • Must be well versed in Automotive industry. Must have strong knowledge of federal, state and local regulations that affect Dealership operations.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Dealerships pre-employment background investigation, including criminal records check, motor vehicle records check and pre-employment drug screening.
