Service Coordinator - Integration Services chez Aware Inc.

Handles the day-to-day business according to office guidelines. Manages daily staffing schedules to ensure the practice is running smoothly and successfully. 

 Assist in designing integration services and implementing work policies and procedures.

Assist with integration projects, including identifying potential risks throughout the process.  

Schedule and confirm patient appointments using practice management software. 

Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy, organization, and confidentiality. This includes scanning and organizing documents into electronic health records. 

Obtain client insurance information and verify coverage with insurance providers. 

Assist with the initial intake process for new clients by completing paperwork and entering demographics into the system. 

Determine and document clients' financial status, including insurance eligibility, co-pays, and potential sliding fee scales. 

Provide supervision in coordinating referrals or community resources for individuals, as needed.

Requirements

Talents, skills, and abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field is preferred; an equivalency can be used based on experience and education.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a community-based program.
• Administrative experience with the direct supervision of staff.
• Valid Montana Driver’s License.
