Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a consulting role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
  • Experience delivering cloud adoption or cloud digital innovation programs with enterprise companies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing products and technologies in Cloud or SaaS technology.
  • Experience in developing cloud business cases and TCO analysis aligning technology costs to business value metrics.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry developing innovative solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technology audiences.

In this role, you will be a key partner, guiding customers through critical phases of their cloud journey and helping them succeed. You will spearhead innovation and transformation initiatives, leveraging the full potential of Google's technology and solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through digital transformation by providing solutions to their business and technology issues; collaborating with business to identify and close new opportunities, pitching innovative solutions.
  • Leverage skills in innovation to solve problems and create holistic programs; facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize new ideas.
  • Lead the creation and execution of product plans, customer journeys, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring success through clear Key Performance Indicator (KPIs).
  • Empower customers to understand their cloud usage through visibility, usage statistics, and KPIs, validating recommendations and tracking success.
  • Foster collaboration internally and externally, ensuring alignment, maintaining documentation, and communicating progress effectively.
