In this specialized role, you’ll play a critical part in delivering intravesical BCG therapy to patients undergoing treatment for non-muscle invasive bladder cancer.

Position Requirements - What You Need to Know Before Applying
Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week).
Shift Availability: Shifts may begin as early as 7:30 AM and may end as late as 5:30 PM. You must be available to work shifts within this range.
Reliable Transportation: You must have reliable transportation to travel locally to our satellite offices around the I-270. Mileage reimbursement is available for eligible midday travel.
What You'll Do
As a Clinic LPN – BCG Treatment Specialist, you’ll be part of a skilled, patient-centered team providing high-quality clinical care and education. This role requires technical skill, confidence, and composure. You’ll be working with patients during vulnerable times, balancing precision, safety, and compassion at every step.
Your role will include:
Preparing, administering, and monitoring BCG treatments in compliance with OSHA and infection control standards
Educating patients before and after therapy and answering questions within your scope of practice
Performing catheter care, injections, voiding trials, and bladder instillations
Accurately documenting all procedures and patient care
Collaborating with providers to ensure smooth clinic flow
Reporting any adverse medication events to providers
Maintaining and handling hazardous drugs per safety protocol
Contributing to the daily success of the clinic through teamwork and initiative
What You Bring
Current LPN license in the State of Ohio (required)
2+ years of experience as a licensed LPN in a clinical setting (required)
1+ years of clinical nursing experience in urology, oncology, or outpatient infusion (strongly preferred)
An innate ability to think critically, act decisively, and maintain calm focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Proven ability to follow sterile technique and hazardous drug safety protocols.
Strong catheterization skills
Work Environment
Outpatient clinic setting
Routine exposure to biohazardous materials, hazardous drugs, and bodily fluids with strict, no-exceptions adherence to PPE and safety protocols every single time
Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 25 lbs)
